When you submit the consultation-request form, we collect the details you provide: your name, email address, phone number (optional), what you're looking for, and any message you choose to add. We deliberately keep this form minimal and ask you not to share health information, symptoms, or clinical details through it — those are discussed securely once care begins.
Our hosting provider automatically logs limited technical data (such as IP address and browser type) to keep the site secure and running. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
How we use your information
- To respond to your enquiry and arrange an appropriate first appointment.
- To communicate with you about the service you asked about.
- To operate, secure, and improve the website.
We process this data on the basis of your consent, which you give by submitting the form. You can withdraw consent at any time (see “Your rights”).
Who we share it with
We do not sell your data. We share it only with service providers that help us run the site and respond to you, under their own privacy and security terms:
- Cloudflare — website hosting and security.
- Resend — delivers your form submission to our inbox by email.
- A booking provider may be added in future; this policy will be updated before it goes live.
We may also disclose data where required by law.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry data only as long as needed to respond and, if you become a client, as required for our records and by law. Otherwise we delete or anonymise it when it's no longer needed.
How we protect it
The site is served over encrypted HTTPS, and access to enquiry data is limited to those who need it. No method of transmission over the internet is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to safeguard your information.
Your rights
Under the DPDP Act you have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct or complete it, ask us to erase it, withdraw your consent, and nominate another person to exercise your rights in the event of death or incapacity.
