Psychiatrist-led · Rooted in South India
Rightmind brings expert psychiatric care together with therapy, programs and everyday practices — designed for how we live, work and feel in South India.
Confidential · Evidence-based · Culturally grounded
Our philosophy
Rightmind was built on a simple conviction: real mental wellness needs both clinical depth and cultural understanding. Medication and diagnosis alone rarely tell the whole story — and neither do wellness trends borrowed from elsewhere.
So we put a psychiatrist at the core, then build everything else around them: therapists, structured programs, workshops, and practices drawn from our own traditions. One connected team, one plan, made for the pressures South Indian professionals and students actually carry.
What we offer
Start with a psychiatric consultation. From there, your care can expand into whatever supports you best — nothing you don't need, everything you do.
A thorough, unhurried assessment with a psychiatrist who listens first. Together you'll shape a plan — which may include medication, therapy, lifestyle change, or simply clarity and a next step.
One-on-one sessions with licensed therapists for anxiety, burnout, relationships, grief and life transitions.
Multi-week, structured tracks for stress, sleep and emotional resilience — small steps, real accountability.
Group sessions and webinars — for campuses and workplaces — on stress, boundaries and everyday wellbeing.
Meditations, breathwork (pranayama) and journaling rooted in our traditions — for the days between sessions.
How it works
Book online in minutes. Tell us a little, or nothing at all — whatever feels comfortable.
An unhurried assessment with a psychiatrist to understand what's really going on.
A care plan shaped around you — clinical care plus any therapy, programs or practices that help.
Ongoing support and check-ins, adjusting as you grow. One team, always in sync.

About Rightmind
We started Rightmind because good mental health care in South India is too often either purely clinical or purely wellness — rarely both, and rarely built for us. We wanted a place where a psychiatrist's expertise sits alongside deep respect for family, faith and the way we actually live.
Everything we do is confidential, evidence-based, and free of judgment. Whether you're a student under pressure or a professional quietly running on empty, you're welcome here — exactly as you are.
